Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $100 or more ship free.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–6 business days.

  • Service Area: Shipping is available to the continental United States (48 states) only.

We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, Amazon Lockers, or

internationally.

  • Processing: Orders are processed quickly. Please review our cancellation policy below if you need to make changes after placing an order.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of a return.

Return Policy


To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please review the following requirements:


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returns must be authorized by our support team. Please call (440) 461-2648 or email alinamedicalsupply@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping label. We can issue a label for convenience, but the cost will be deducted from your reimbursement.

  • All items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Products not meeting this standard will not qualify for a refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Special Restrictions

  • Health & Safety Products: Items that may come into contact with bodily fluids, respiratory products, bathroom safety equipment are not returnable once opened for health and safety reasons.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

  • Restocking Fee: Items weighing 20 lbs or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee (calculated on the product return price).


Return Timeline

  • An item must be received back before a refund or exchange is processed.

  • If the product is not received by the carrier within 30 days of approval, the return will be considered delinquent, and no refund will be issued.

Credits & Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is verified.

  • Credit card refunds may take up to 4 weeks depending on the issuing bank.

Damaged or Defective Items


If your product arrives damaged or defective, please call us immediately at (440) 655-6501. We
will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
